Spring Yoga Classes for Kids **NEW**

Hello Sunshine!

My name is Katie Reed and I am the creator of Rise & Shine Yoga. I am a wife, mother of two, yoga instructor, and educator of children. It is my passion to share my love of yoga, wellness, and social emotional learning with our community. With over 15 years of teaching experience and certifications in various areas of yoga and wellness, I hope to provide fun and meaningful classes to children of all ages from infancy to teens. I believe that it is our responsibility to nurture the hearts and spirits of children while they are young. We must lead them down the path of positivity and light, teaching them how to share their compassion and LIGHT with the world.
